I’m an unscripted TV Development Exec with one foot in story, the other in tech.

An early adopter of AI, I’ve been unofficially teaching others to use it for years — officially for one. I don’t just talk about AI, I use it daily in development and production, so I know what actually helps producers and what’s just fluff.

I’ve worked with teams from big to startup: such as BBC Studios, Zinc Group, BiggerStage and All3Media labels.

I’ve trained teams across the UK, USA, the Nordics, France, Germany and Australia.

And, I’ve helped teams to realise how AI enhances creativity, it doesn’t replace it.

With roots in both development and production, I bridge the needs of creatives and producers alike.

I have been a part of BBC Studios AI Working Group, advised the BBC Academy on AI training and policy, and lectured at the National Film & Television School on AI in development.

In short: I get the tech, I get the telly, and I make both work together​.
